La Dolciaria Chirico was founded in 1969 thanks to Francesco Chirico, an enterprising and stubborn emigrant to Switzerland. On the strength of the experience gained at a confectionery company in Zurich, he decided that the time had come to return to Italy and realise the dream he had cherished during years of employment.
