Licia Cagnoni has been a chef since 1986.
In the mid-1990s she landed in Milan, in the kitchen of the great Michelin-starred chef Claudio Sadler, later becoming head of the kitchen.
In the meantime, she became interested in curative cooking and in 2008 she specialised as a teacher of macrobiotic cooking and philosophy at Giusy de Francesco's school.
Her passion for gastronomy goes beyond the kitchen as a physical space, leading her to produce more than 300 cookbooks and cookbook series since 2000.
During her career, she has held courses in various Italian schools and locations for national and international clients.
Since 2000, she has been collaborating with the best Italian food photographers, as a Food Stylist, providing consultancy to the most important food companies, as well as being an established Chef for private dinners, events and catering.
