- The result of a recipe of cuneese with rum from 1961, Cuba Rum is a chocolate filled with soft cream with chocolate, milk and original tanning of Rum, covered with a thin layer of 56% dark chocolate. A classic of the Piedmontese tradition, which plays on the pleasing contrast of notes given off by chocolate and rum, which, alternating on the palate, offer a multiple taste experience: the bitterness of chocolate leaves room for the warmth of rum, spicy notes and of vanilla. Like all Venchi-produced chocolate, Cuba Rhum is a gluten-free chocolate.
