- Everything that comes from an oven brings to mind the cakes, pies, those desserts that grandmother and mother made from simple but genuine ingredients. The yeast, the eggs, the flour, the sugar, the butter: all ready to be mixed on that cold marble table, which is also incredibly hot with a wholly domestic magic.
From these images of our memories we draw inspiration for a line of exceptional and aesthetically rustic Panettone, manually wrapped on rough paper like those of the past. - Ingredients: wheat flour, eggs*, candied orange - citrus and lemon peels (orange –citrus - lemon peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid), sultanas, butter, sugar, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), milk, egg yolk*, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, flavourings, salt, cocoa butter.
