Pistachio-filled pastries are our family’s reinterpretation of the more traditional cassatinas. This recent delicacy was born from the desire to enhance the flavors and aromas of the typical products of our beloved land of Sicily, the only Italian region where this precious and tasty fruit is cultivated. The garnish consists of a pistachio seed set, like a precious gem, into the fragrant shortcrust pastry, 250G.
Ingredients. Filling (50%): Pistachio (29% of total ingredients), Sugar, Lemon juice, Honey, Natural flavors. Shortcrust pastry: Soft wheat flour, Sugar, Lard, Fresh eggs, Partially skimmed milk, Raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate), Starch, Flavors.
May contain traces of almonds, other nuts, and soy.
